The working environment should be a small part of all management work. When the manager plans the work, the strains of work loads are also planned. Since much planning and management is distributed in modern organizations, one of the ways the manager can really have a clear sense of your work environment, and exercise real leadership is by being concerned with the working environment at the workplace.
